Repcorder Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Repcorder Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Kinetec Pty Ltd (“Kinetec”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By registering as an Affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid PayPal account capable of receiving payments in AUD.
• Provide your PayPal email address in the Repcorder Affiliate Control Panel.

By submitting your PayPal email, you consent to it being securely shared with PayPal solely for payment processing purposes.

3. Affiliate Compensation

As a Repcorder Affiliate, you earn commissions for each user who subscribes through your referral:
• Monthly Subscription: AUD $2 per user per month
• Yearly Subscription: AUD $18 per user per year

Commissions are payable only for active paid subscriptions of referred users.

4. Payout Conditions

• At least two (2) active referred must exist to enable payout.
• For monthly subscriptions, payouts become available after the referred user’s second month of continuous membership.
• Commissions accumulate until you request a payout via the Affiliate Control Panel in the Repcorder app.
• Payments are made in AUD via PayPal.
• Any PayPal transaction fees are your responsibility.

5. Payout Requests

Once eligible, you may request a payout at any time.
Approved payouts are processed within 7–14 business days to your designated PayPal account.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.
Kinetec Pty Ltd does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
• Misrepresent Repcorder, its pricing, or features.
• Use deceptive, misleading, or spam-based marketing tactics.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts to artificially increase referrals.
• Promote Repcorder through illegal, unethical, or disreputable channels.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Unlimited Income Potential

There is no cap on the number of users you may refer or the total amount you can earn.
Your income potential through the Repcorder Affiliate Program is unlimited, provided you comply with these Terms.

9. Termination

Kinetec Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time, particularly in cases of misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

10. Program Changes

Kinetec Pty Ltd may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program — including commission rates, payout structure, or eligibility criteria — at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Affiliates.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kinetec Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to delays or payment issues caused by PayPal or other third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

13. Acceptance

By registering as a Repcorder Affiliate and submitting your PayPal email address, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
